Thank you for shopping with Dr Barker Homeopathics. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review the refund and returns policy below, which applies to all orders placed through our website.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Products that have been opened or lightly used may still be eligible at our discretion.
  • You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Discounted items.
  • Items marked final sale.
  • Repeat purchases of the same product (unless damaged or incorrect).

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is being returned due to personal preference (e.g., not suitable, changed mind), the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
  • If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Dr Barker Homeopathics will cover all return shipping costs or send a replacement at no charge.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to assist with resolving the issue. A replacement or full refund will be provided at no additional cost to you.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team on:

Include your:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Any relevant photos (for damaged/incorrect items)

We will respond with return instructions and a return address.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days from approval:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary.

Delivery Policy

At Dr Barker Homeopathics, we believe in simple, fast, and reliable delivery with transparent rates and no unexpected fees. Our goal is to get your pet’s supplements to your door as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver orders within 2–5 business days anywhere in South Africa. Please allow:

  • 1-2 business days for order processing and packing.
  • 2-4 business days for delivery.
    • Metro areas often arrive faster.
    • Outlying and remote regions may take slightly longer.

If you need your order urgently, please email us — we’ll do our best to assist.

2. Delivery Zones & Rates

To keep pricing fair and ensure reliable service, shipping fees are based on your delivery zone.

Central Areas

Metro areas within: Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal

  • Shipping Rate: R100
  • Free Shipping: Orders over R700
Outlying Areas

Provinces: Eastern Cape, Free State, Limpopo, North West, Northern Cape, Mpumalanga; Gauteng (outlying areas)

  • Shipping Rate: R195
  • Free Shipping: Orders over R1,200

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. This allows you to:

  • Track your parcel in real time.
  • See each step of the delivery journey.
  • Receive updates when your order is out for delivery.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa. From Cape Town to Musina, your pet’s wellness essentials are always within reach.

At this stage, international shipping is not available, but we plan to expand in the future.

5. Order Issues or Delays

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe or your tracking link isn’t updating, please reach out so we can assist right away:
